Study Management
The Medevol team utilises effective project methodology, tools and techniques to facilitate the coordination and management of clinical trials. Trouble shooting and contingency planning affords study milestones to be achieved on target. On completion of the study, a comprehensive review of the project is conducted with the Sponsor. This ensures continued imporvement and retention of a high calibre service across all our programmes.
